PLACING AN ORDER Please view our product page for items currently in stock. We may have exactly what you're looking for. If you don't find what you need, view our catalog of products for samples of our work. Here you can customize each style by selecting the wood type, stain color, hardware and ironwork of your choice. Simply follow the steps on the page to place your order. We will contact you to confirm your selections and we will submit a sign-off sheet to you. Once we have received the accepted sign-off sheet along with a 50% deposit we will begin to process your order. If at any time during the website order process you need further explanation of an item or you are unclear for any reason, please give us a call or email your questions to us. We are here to help. We want to insure your product is built to your wishes. Remember: All items can be constructed of any desired wood type. If you don't see a product in the wood type of your choice, please contact us and we will provide you with a proposal. CUSTOM ORDERS If you have a design idea of your own you would like us to develop further or you already have a drawing of the item you would like built, please contact us. We would love to discuss your project with you. LEAD TIME Our typical lead time is 4-6 weeks dependent on the project's specifics. PAYMENT POLICIES Payments can be made by check, money order or credit card. We require a 50% deposit before orders are processed. An additional 40% progress payment is required before the item is shipped. The 10% final payment of the order plus freight charges is due net 7 days from the delivery date. We provide estimates of freight charges to you with the sign-off sheet. Freight charges may change based on the final order weight and shipping distance. Installers are paid directly through the client. SHIPPING We will contact you prior to your order being shipped. We can ship to any designated recipient (homeowner, installer, jobsite foreman, painter...). For out-of-state orders we use a carrier which offers delivery anywhere in the United States within 5-7 business days. For in-state deliveries we use a carrier which offers delivery anywhere in the state of Montana within 3 business days. For local orders we personally deliver the product upon completion.
